For all rallies:
If you plan on staying extra days before or after, you need to book early to stay in one site the whole time.

Dates are Thurs-Sun, leaving Monday
When calling always identify as Oregon RVing Woman
(Please note: You are not required to arrive on Thursday)

Go to the Park websites for complete park info (several have rental units). Email Lynda Haghan (especially for July - see below) when you have booked. Please tell her what days you plan to arrive and leave and the site number if known. All Parks booked have a covered club area or club room for our use. If you travel with pets be sure to ask about breeds (if you have a notorious one) and any extra costs for more than one pet per rig. Also make sure that you discuss the Park cancellation policies when you book so there are no misunderstandings later. Most Parks stop holding group sites 45 days before arrival dates.

1. All parks operate differently. Ensure you are aware of each park’s deposit, cancellation/refund or credit policy before you book. Check their website or call park for specific details and questions.
2.Always identify yourself as being part of the ORVW group.
3.Always notify ORVW Secretary Lynda Haghan when you have scheduled and booked your reservation. Email:
4.More and more parks are adding online booking. When using these systems use extra care you have full understanding of their policies and your booking. When in doubt, call the park to make reservations.
