2018 Rally Sites

Pay close attention to the reservation and cancellation requirements:
Unless otherwise listed, call the park directly to make your reservations. Tell them you are with ORVW and if you have any special request (ie: 50 amp service, close to clubhouse etc), let the park know immediately. Do not wait until you check in.

Dates listed are Thursday - Monday.  The rally officially starts on Friday, but many of our members now like to arrive on Thursday.

Please email Jeanette Haller or June Willoughby when you make your reservations so that we will have an accurate head count and know to send you a copy of the agenda.  Please include what day you plan to arrive and what day you plan to leave.

Most Parks don’t know their 2018 rates yet but should only be a small increase if any.

Parks are holding 20 sites for our group with full hookups and provide WiFi and cable TV, unless otherwise noted. Call the Park to make your own reservation with a credit/debit card handy, except in April and May (see below).

Always identify upfront as an Oregon Rving Woman so that you will be placed in one of our reserved sites. Pets are welcome, unless mentioned later and should always be on a leash and picked up after.

May 18-21 Bullards Beach State Park - Please note, this rally will begin on Friday - no sites in B Loop were available for Thursday.  You may stay over until Tuesday or Wednesday if you like.  We will have use of the yurt for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hwy 101, 2 mi N of Bandon Ph 800-452-5687  http://oregonstateparks.org

Don’t plan of cable TV here or WiFi.  The Park will be booked in August for May of next year. After it is booked with a meeting Yurt for our use Friday - Sunday, our Secretary will notify you so you can make your own reservation online or by phone. As of 11/1 the rate is $31 for full hookup sites and full payment is billed to your credit card along with an $8 booking fee that is non-refundable if you cancel later. There is also a fee to change or cancel your reservation. Loop B is the one closest to the meeting Yurt so make your reservations when we notify you that it can be booked so you can be close by. Since this is not yet the family camping time, we may have some time leeway to make our camping plans. The meeting Yurt has a sink and microwave only so plan accordingly.

The pavilion has electricity, fridge and microwave. If we have over 10 rigs the Park will provide a pancake breakfast one morning. You can reserve your site by phone or online after November 1, 2017 with a $10 deposit. Only 21 sites have full hookups. This Park is on a working ranch and has trails to walk or bike and a big lake for fishing, kayaking, and birding.
